It’s been a long time coming but finally we are pleased to announce that we have now agreed terms with a builder to commence the building of the Hwb. We met with them yesterday and contracts have now been signed.

We hope that work will commence in February but this is dependent on a couple of pre-commencement planning conditions which need to be signed off by Wrexham Council. These are expected to come through imminently.

We will update everyone with the actual build start date and expected completion date as soon as we can.

This is a significant milestone for the Hwb project and we are thrilled to share this news with all those who have supported us from the start of the project. We hope we can count on your continued support going forward.
